Customer service changes due to COVID-19

Trash & Recycling Collection Services Are Running On Schedule. Transfer Station is Open Regular Hours.

With the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak now affecting communities in the Rogue Valley, our top priority remains the health and well-being of our employees and customers.

Collection services are running on schedule

First and foremost, all weekly trash and recycling collection services are running on schedule, per usual. This includes both residential and commercial services. Trash collection is considered an essential service, so for weekly curbside pick ups, it’s business as usual.

Changes at our customer service offices

Among our precautionary measures will be a temporary closure of our walk-in customer service offices beginning Tuesday, March 17. This includes our customer service offices at One West Main in Medford and at the Transfer Station in White City.

Please note that while the on-site walk-in customer service office will be closed at the Transfer Station, trash drop off, yard debris drop off and recycling depot operations will remain open.

For customers using our medical waste service

Home service remains available for customers needing medical waste container delivery and pick up for filled sharps containers. If you are accustomed to dropping off medical waste at our office, please contact us for home service options.

For customers using Rogue Shred document destruction services

Drop-off of documents for shredding is being temporarily halted. On-site document destruction service is available by appointment only. For more information or to schedule an appointment, please call 541-779-4161.

Our commitment to you

We recognize that solid waste disposal and recycling collection services we provide to the communities are vitally important in the protection of public health and the environment. Rest assured that we are working hard to ensure that we are able to maintain these critical services to our communities while protecting our employees from exposure.
