Structure Debris (non-ash)

Building/structure debris that doesn’t contain ash is accepted at both the Dry Creek Landfill as well as the Transfer Station.

Before coming to one our sites, be sure to view our asbestos page, download and complete the proper forms from this page as well as test your materials (note: all materials require testing, to learn more about testing, click here).

We’re available to help direct you to the proper location, so please don’t hesitate to submit your testing results and paperwork via email to info@roguedisposal.com prior to visiting one of our locations.

Here’s what you should know before you visit one of our locations:

Transfer Station

• Customers with 10 yards or more of construction/demolition materials may be directed to the Dry Creek Landfill
• Your debris must be accompanied by an appropriate survey that certifies it does not contain asbestos
• Debris from commercial properties requires a special waste profile form signed by the person responsible for generating the debris. Profile forms can be found here.
• Commercial haulers (including any trailer with more than 8 yds capacity and all dump trucks) will NOT be accepted at the Rogue Transfer Station
• Use of the Transfer Station by other haulers bringing multiple loads in short time periods may also be restricted
• Demolition debris must be accompanied by the appropriate asbestos survey, certifying that it does not contain asbestos. If demolition debris does contain asbestos, the appropriate procedures need to be followed

Dry Creek Landfill

• Unless otherwise directed by a Rogue Disposal & Recycling staff member, only commercial customers with pre-stablised accounts (including prepayment or credit approval) are allowed to deliver waste to the Dry Creek Landfill. • Commercial haulers (including any trailer with more than 8 yds capacity and all dump trucks) with pre-established accounts will be accepted at the Dry Creek Landfill
• Use of the Dry Creek Landfill by other haulers (with pre-established accounts) bringing multiple loads in short time periods is not currently restricted
